Observation is something many people overlook but it is important for writing. In the first lesson you will observe and translate the information for effective reading. 

Rewriting is a method every journalist should know. After this lesson, you will learn how to reprocess existing information or news.    

Summary is an essential writing skill. As a journalist, you will learn, how to spot key points, summary, and inverted pyramid structure. 

Today, with the popularity of social media, news reporting is everywhere online. Lesson 4 focuses on the training of online news such as a twitter. 

In this lesson, you will be asked to join an opening meeting and write a report about it. It can help improve your observation skills, summary skills etc.  

Lesson 6 will exercise your ability to describe the scene by attending and reporting a real-time event. It can be a music concert, game, opera, or others.   

Interviews are the type of writing every journalist will encounter. Lesson 7 will give you the opportunity to learn and practice how to prepare, conduct and report on an interview.  

It is important to check the facts of all information you use, and double check before you submit the report. In lesson 8, you will learn what to check and how to check it. At the end of the lesson, there will be a discussion about facts and the truth.
